*LA FEMME ET LA MORT
*La femme et la mort. Groupe de recherche interdiscipli-
naire d'étude de femmes, Toulouse: Université de Tou-
       louse-Le Mirail, 1984 (=3D Travaux de l'Université de
       Toulouse-Le Mirail, A, 27), 76 pp.

For medieval women dealing with the death of their husband (most famous
case in French literature: Christine de Pizan) you might look at:
MIRRER Louise [ed.]
Upon my husband's death: widows in the literature and
histories of medieval Europe, edited by Louise Mirrer, Ann
Arbor: University of Michigan Press, 1992 (=3D Studies in
medieval and early modern civilization), x+351 pp.

Or, the other way round, on the loss of the female spouse:
GENTRY Francis G.
Silent That Other Might Speak: Notes on the Ackermann aus
       Böhmen. In: German Quarterly 67,4 (1994), p.484ss.

For a single case of a woman's testament I have:
SAUVAGE Jean-Paul

The topic of death and morning in the writings of Hildegard of Bingen
might
be of interest, but the only reference I have is not very specific:
DIERS Michaela
Vom Nutzen der Tränen. U"ber den Umgang mit Leben und Tod im
Mittelalter und heute. Köln: DuMont, 1994, 263 pp.

You could also check late medieval Artes moriendi, although I myself
don't
know how specific they are for the dying of women. The following studies
will lead you to the primary sources:
